He is The Life, The Truth, The Way

There is a Fountain Filled With Blood
Lyrics: William Cowper, 1772.   Composer: 19th Century melody

There is a fountain filled with blood drawn from Emmanuel’s veins;

And sinners plunged beneath that flood lose all their guilty stains.

Lose all their guilty stains, lose all their guilty stains;

And sinners plunged beneath that flood lose all their guilty stains.

The dying thief rejoiced to see that fountain in his day;

And there have I, though vile as he, washed all my sins away.

Washed all my sins away, washed all my sins away;

And there have I, though vile as he, washed all my sins away.

Dear dying Lamb, Thy precious blood shall never lose its power

Till all the ransomed church of God be saved, to sin no more.

Be saved, to sin no more, be saved, to sin no more;

Till all the ransomed church of God be saved, to sin no more.

E’er since, by faith, I saw the stream Thy flowing wounds supply,

Redeeming love has been my theme, and shall be till I die.

And shall be till I die, and shall be till I die;

Redeeming love has been my theme, and shall be till I die.

Lord, I believe Thou hast prepared, unworthy though I be,

For me a blood bought free reward, a golden harp for me!

’Tis strung and tuned for endless years, and formed by power divine,

To sound in God the Father’s ears no other name but Thine.

I bless His Name!

In prisoners' chains

With bleeding stripes

Paul and Silas prayed that night

And in their pain

Began to sing

Their chains were loosed

And they were free

(They sang)

I bless Your Name

I bless Your Name

I give You honor

Give You praise

You are the Life

The Truth, the Way

I bless Your Name

I bless Your Name

Some midnight hour

If you should find

You're in a prison

In your mind

Sing out in praise

Defy the chains

And they will fall

In Jesus' Name

(Just sing)

I bless Your Name

I bless Your Name

I give You honor

Give You praise

You are the Life

The Truth, the Way

I bless Your Name

I bless Your Name

I bless Your Name

I bless Your Name

I give You honor

Give You praise

You are the Life

The Truth, the Way

I bless Your Name

I bless Your Name

Jesus, Jesus

Jesus, Jesus

Jesus, Jesus

I bless Your Name

I bless Your Name

I bless Your Name

I bless Your Name

I give You honor

Give You praise

You are the Life

The Truth, the Way

I bless Your Name

I bless Your Name

You are the Life

The Truth, the Way

You are the Life

The Truth, the Way

You are the Life

The Truth, the Way

I bless Your Name

I bless Your Name

I bless Your Name

(Thank You, Jesus

I bless Your Name)

Soli Deo Gloria!!!

Separated until the veil was torn

The moment that hope was born

and guilt was pardoned once and for all!

Captivated but no longer bound by chains!
left at an empty grave
the sinner and the sacred resolved
and all of creation sing with me now
lift up your voice and lay your burden down
and all of creation sing with me now
fill up the heavens let his glory resound

Time has faded and we see him face to face
every doubt erased forever we will worhip the king

the reason we breathe is to sing of his glory
and for all he has done praise the father praise the son and the spirit in one

and every knee will bow oh and every tongue praise the father praise the son and the spirit in one"

Mercy Me- All of Creation- Lyrics

AMEN!

"Because You are at my right hand, I will not be shaken!
Therefore my heart is glad and my tongue rejoices; my body will also live in hope,
because You will not abandon me to the grave,
nor will You let Your Holy One see decay!
You have made known to me the paths of life;
You will fill me with joy in Your presence!"
Acts 2: 25-28

Hallelujah!!!! HE is WORTHY!  Woohooo!  Praise Him!  :)

~Something Greater~

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Uist5olTHq0&feature=related

Galatians 4
Now I say, That the heir, as long as he is a child, differeth nothing from a servant, though he be lord of all; But is under tutors and governors until the time appointed of the father. Even so we, when we were children, were in bondage under the elements of the world: But when the fulness of the time was come, God sent forth his Son, made of a woman, made under the law,
To redeem them that were under the law, that we might receive the adoption of sons. And because ye are sons, God hath sent forth the Spirit of his Son into your hearts, crying, Abba, Father. Wherefore thou art no more a servant, but a son; and if a son, then an heir of God through Christ.
Howbeit then, when ye knew not God, ye did service unto them which by nature are no gods. But now, after that ye have known God, or rather are known of God, how turn ye again to the weak and beggarly elements,whereunto ye desire again to be in bondage? Ye observe days, and months, and times, and years. I am afraid of you, lest I have bestowed upon you labour in vain. Brethren, I beseech you, be as I am; for I am as ye are: ye have not injured me at all. Ye know how through infirmity of the flesh I preached the gospel unto you at the first. And my temptation which was in my flesh ye despised not, nor rejected; but received me as an angel of God, even as Christ Jesus. Where is then the blessedness ye spake of? for I bear you record, that, if it had been possible, ye would have plucked out your own eyes, and have given them to me. Am I therefore become your enemy, because I tell you the truth?
They zealously affect you, but not well; yea, they would exclude you, that ye might affect them. But it is good to be zealously affected always in a good thing, and not only when I am present with you. My little children, of whom I travail in birth again until Christ be formed in you, I desire to be present with you now, and to change my voice; for I stand in doubt of you. Tell me, ye that desire to be under the law, do ye not hear the law? For it is written, that Abraham had two sons, the one by a bondmaid, the other by a freewoman.
But he who was of the bondwoman was born after the flesh; but he of the freewoman was by promise. Which things are an allegory: for these are the two covenants; the one from the mount Sinai, which gendereth to bondage, which is Agar. For this Agar is mount Sinai in Arabia, and answereth to Jerusalem which now is, and is in bondage with her children. But Jerusalem which is above is free, which is the mother of us all. For it is written, Rejoice, thou barren that bearest not; break forth and cry, thou that travailest not: for the desolate hath many more children than she which hath an husband. Now we, brethren, as Isaac was, are the children of promise. But as then he that was born after the flesh persecuted him that was born after the Spirit, even so it is now.
Nevertheless what saith the scripture? Cast out the bondwoman and her son: for the son of the bondwoman shall not be heir with the son of the freewoman.
So then, brethren, we are not children of the bondwoman, but of the free.

Galatians 5
Stand fast therefore in the liberty wherewith Christ hath made us free, and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage. Behold, I Paul say unto you, that if ye be circumcised, Christ shall profit you nothing. For I testify again to every man that is circumcised, that he is a debtor to do the whole law. Christ is become of no effect unto you, whosoever of you are justified by the law; ye are fallen from grace. For we through the Spirit wait for the hope of righteousness by faith. For in Jesus Christ neither circumcision availeth any thing, nor uncircumcision; but faith which worketh by love. Ye did run well; who did hinder you that ye should not obey the truth? This persuasion cometh not of him that calleth you. A little leaven leaveneth the whole lump. I have confidence in you through the Lord, that ye will be none otherwise minded: but he that troubleth you shall bear his judgment, whosoever he be. And I, brethren, if I yet preach circumcision, why do I yet suffer persecution? then is the offence of the cross ceased.
I would they were even cut off which trouble you. For, brethren, ye have been called unto liberty; only use not liberty for an occasion to the flesh, but by love serve one another. For all the law is fulfilled in one word, even in this; Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. But if ye bite and devour one another, take heed that ye be not consumed one of another. This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh. For the flesh lusteth against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh: and these are contrary the one to the other: so that ye cannot do the things that ye would. But if ye be led of the Spirit, ye are not under the law. Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies,
Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God. But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.
And they that are Christ's have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts.
If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit. Let us not be desirous of vain glory, provoking one another, envying one another.
Galatians 6
Brethren, if a man be overtaken in a fault, ye which are spiritual, restore such an one in the spirit of meekness; considering thyself, lest thou also be tempted.
Bear ye one another's burdens, and so fulfil the law of Christ. For if a man think himself to be something, when he is nothing, he deceiveth himself.
But let every man prove his own work, and then shall he have rejoicing in himself alone, and not in another. For every man shall bear his own burden.
Let him that is taught in the word communicate unto him that teacheth in all good things. Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap. For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting. And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not. As we have therefore opportunity, let us do good unto all men, especially unto them who are of the household of faith. Ye see how large a letter I have written unto you with mine own hand. As many as desire to make a fair shew in the flesh, they constrain you to be circumcised; only lest they should suffer persecution for the cross of Christ. For neither they themselves who are circumcised keep the law; but desire to have you circumcised, that they may glory in your flesh. But God forbid that I should glory, save in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom the world is crucified unto me, and I unto the world. For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision availeth any thing, nor uncircumcision, but a new creature.
And as many as walk according to this rule, peace be on them, and mercy, and upon the Israel of God. From henceforth let no man trouble me: for I bear in my body the marks of the Lord Jesus. Brethren, the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with your spirit. Amen.

I am so glad that I can remind myself and appreciate who He has made and called me to be in Him!  I tell ya, if it had not been for Him! - I would have been and would be swallowed up alive!  I need Him!  Deperately, totally, and constantly!  :) Whew!  How good it is to be reminded of whos hand is holding me! Whooohoo!  Soli Deo Gloria!

The Lord be exaulted! Sweet Grace! Grace! God's Great Grace!~

"I can't even walk without him holding my hand...."  -That song kept running through my head all the way home tonight.  I even need to call on him to just help me to get out of the bed in the morning!  Pitiful you may think, but I don't ever want to move away from being in that position.  What Grace!  Precious grace!
The Lord be exaulted!

Praise You LORD!

For it is good to sing Your praises oh God!
For You are pleasant, and Your praise is beautiful.
You LORD build up Jerusalem;
You alone gather together the outcasts of Israel.
You heal the brokenhearted!
You bind up our wounds.
You count the number of the stars;
and call them all by name.
Great are You oh Lord, You are mighty in power!
Your understanding is infinite.
You lift up the humble;
You cast the wicked down to the ground.
I sing to You Lord in thanksgiving;
I sing praises in my heart to you God!
Who covers the heavens with clouds,
Who prepares rain for the earth,
Who makes grass to grow on the mountains.
You give to the beast its food,
And to the young ravens that cry.
You do not delight in the strength of the horse;
and take no pleasure in the legs of a man.
You LORD take pleasure in those who fear You,
In those who hope in Your mercy!  Whoooohoooo!
i praise You LORD, O Jerusalem!
Praise the One True God, O Zion!
For He has strengthened the bars of your gates;
He has blessed your children within you.
You Lord,make peace in your borders,
And fill them with the finest wheat.
You send out Your command to the earth;
Your word runs very swiftly.
You give snow like wool;
You scatter the frost like ashes;
You cast out hail like morsels;
Who can stand before Your cold?
You send out Your word and melt them;
You causes the wind to blow, and the waters to flow.
You declared Your word to Jacob,
You've made known your statutes and judgments to Israel.
You have not dealt this with just any nation;
Your judgments, they had not known.

Soli Deo Gloria!!

Satisfied!

All my life I had a longing
For a drink from some clear spring,
That I hoped would quench the burning
Of the thirst I felt within.

Hallelujah! I have found Him
Whom my soul so long has craved!
Jesus satisfies my longings,
Through His blood I now am saved.

Feeding on the husks around me,
Till my strength was almost gone,
Longed my soul for something better,
Only still to hunger on.
Poor I was, and sought for riches,
Something that would satisfy,
But the dust I gathered round me
Only mocked my soul’s sad cry.

Well of water, ever springing,
Bread of life so rich and free,
Untold wealth that never faileth,
My Redeemer is to me.

-Clara T. Williams, 1975

He satisfies my every longing!  He drew and gloriously saved me!  ME of all people!  ME!  Hallelujah that he doesn't leave me to myself...right where I thought I'd wanted to be left.  He mercifully strove with me when all I wanted was to play like I knew him.  I had NO clue what power was in his name, what glorious victories he had for me to be a part of.  How excellent!  How awesome my God truely is.  Hallelujah!  Soli Deo Gloria!

Psalm 148- He is Lord of ALL!

Praise you LORD. Praise you LORD from the heavens: praise you in the heights.
Praise you, all your angels: praise you, all your hosts.
Praise you, sun and moon: praise you, all the stars of light.
Praise you, the heavens of heavens, and the waters that be above the heavens.
Let them praise the name of you oh LORD: for you commanded, and they were created.
You hath also stablished them for ever and ever: you hath made a decree which shall not pass.
Praise you LORD from the earth, the dragons, and all deeps:
Fire, and hail; snow, and vapours; stormy wind fulfilling your word:
Mountains, and all hills; fruitful trees, and all cedars:
Beasts, and all cattle; creeping things, and flying fowl:
Kings of the earth, and all people; princes, and all judges of the earth:
Both young men, and maidens; old men, and children:
Let them praise your name oh LORD: for your name alone is excellent; your glory is above the earth and heaven.
You also exalteth the horn of your people, the praise of all your saints; even of the children of Israel, a people near unto you. Praise you LORD!!!  AMEN!!!

Hosea 6&7...we can learn from the past...Listen America!

Come, and let us return unto the LORD: for he hath torn, and he will heal us; he hath smitten, and he will bind us up. After two days will he revive us: in the third day he will raise us up, and we shall live in his sight.
Then shall we know, if we follow on to know the LORD: his going forth is prepared as the morning; and he shall come unto us as the rain, as the latter and former rain unto the earth.
O Ephraim, what shall I do unto thee? O Judah, what shall I do unto thee? for your goodness is as a morning cloud, and as the early dew it goeth away.
Therefore have I hewed them by the prophets; I have slain them by the words of my mouth: and thy judgments are as the light that goeth forth.
For I desired mercy, and not sacrifice; and the knowledge of God more than burnt offerings.
But they like men have transgressed the covenant: there have they dealt treacherously against me.
Gilead is a city of them that work iniquity, and is polluted with blood.
And as troops of robbers wait for a man, so the company of priests murder in the way by consent: for they commit lewdness.
I have seen an horrible thing in the house of Israel: there is the whoredom of Ephraim, Israel is defiled.
Also, O Judah, he hath set an harvest for thee, when I returned the captivity of my people.

Hosea 7
When I would have healed Israel, then the iniquity of Ephraim was discovered, and the wickedness of Samaria: for they commit falsehood; and the thief cometh in, and the troop of robbers spoileth without.
And they consider not in their hearts that I remember all their wickedness: now their own doings have beset them about; they are before my face.
They make the king glad with their wickedness, and the princes with their lies.
They are all adulterers, as an oven heated by the baker, who ceaseth from raising after he hath kneaded the dough, until it be leavened.
In the day of our king the princes have made him sick with bottles of wine; he stretched out his hand with scorners.
For they have made ready their heart like an oven, whiles they lie in wait: their baker sleepeth all the night; in the morning it burneth as a flaming fire.
They are all hot as an oven, and have devoured their judges; all their kings are fallen: there is none among them that calleth unto me.
Ephraim, he hath mixed himself among the people; Ephraim is a cake not turned.
Strangers have devoured his strength, and he knoweth it not: yea, gray hairs are here and there upon him, yet he knoweth not.
And the pride of Israel testifieth to his face: and they do not return to the LORD their God, nor seek him for all this.
Ephraim also is like a silly dove without heart: they call to Egypt, they go to Assyria.
When they shall go, I will spread my net upon them; I will bring them down as the fowls of the heaven; I will chastise them, as their congregation hath heard.
Woe unto them! for they have fled from me: destruction unto them! because they have transgressed against me: though I have redeemed them, yet they have spoken lies against me.
And they have not cried unto me with their heart, when they howled upon their beds: they assemble themselves for corn and wine, and they rebel against me.
Though I have bound and strengthened their arms, yet do they imagine mischief against me.
They return, but not to the most High: they are like a deceitful bow: their princes shall fall by the sword for the rage of their tongue: this shall be their derision in the land of Egypt.

When I think about the Lord!

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wIEWtPY1QL8&feature=related

Walking in the cool of the evening
The voive of the Lord could be heard
Trying to run from their rebellion
and hide from the presence of God
A covering had to be provided
And only one thing could atone
The life of another must be taken
For the blood, it had to flow
And now there's no more blood to be shed-
Just a sacrefice of praise-
Lifted to the One who gave His life for my debt to be paid
No more beasts to slay the Lamb of God died once for all
and His sacrefice will forever be enough.
On the day of atonement
The high preist would enter alone
Into the Holy of Holies
Trembling with godly fear and awe
Hoping the blood would be accepted
To cover all the sin that they had done

But the blood of bulls and goats could never take away their sin
They looked to the one who died to save all men
And now there's no more blood to be shed-

Just a sacrefice of praise-
Lifted to the One who gave His life for my debt to be paid
No more beasts to slay the Lamb of God died once for all
and His sacrefice will forever be enough.
Yes the blood he shed will forever be enough!

Amen!

AMEN!!!!
God is so Good!

I  praise You LORD!  I sing to You LORD a new song, and Your praise in the congregation of saints.
Let Israel rejoice in You that made him: let the children of Zion be joyful in You oh mighty King!
Let them praise Your name in the dance: let them sing praises to You with the timbrel and harp.
For tYou LORD take pleasure in Your people: You will beautify the meek with salvation!
Let the saints be joyful in glory: let us sing aloud upon our beds.
Let the high praises of You oh God be in our mouth, and a two-edged sword in our hand;
To execute vengeance upon the heathen, and punishments upon the people;
To bind their kings with chains, and their nobles with fetters of iron;
To execute upon them the judgment written: this honour have all of us as Your saints. Praise You oh LORD!

Praise You LORD. I praise You oh God in Your sanctuary: I praise You in the firmament of Your power.
I praise You for Your mighty acts: I praise You according to Your excellent greatness!
I praise you with the sound of the trumpet: I praise You with the psaltery and harp.
I praise You with the timbrel and dance: I praise You with stringed instruments and organs.
I praise You upon the loud cymbals: I praise You upon the high sounding cymbals!
Let every thing that hath breath praise You LORD. Praise You oh my LORD.

He is God

I love the Lord because he hears my voice.  I love the Lord because he hears my prayer.  I love the Lord because he hears my voice- turning his ear always to me.  Turning his ear always to me!

Soli Deo Gloria!

Out of his GREAT LOVE he picked me up- Set my feet on a sturdy rock! Out of His GREAT LOVE I know the meaning of SALVATION out of His GREAT LOVE!

I had gone astray
I had lost my way
When I called upon His name.
Then he rescued me
And the song I sang,
What a Loving God is he.

Out of his GREAT LOVE he picked me up- Set my feet on a sturdy rock! Out of His GREAT LOVE I know the meaning of SALVATION out of His GREAT LOVE!

Now I shout his praise

Through all my days
For his endless mercy and grace.
There's no other one
Who has greater love.
Where Joy I'll ever say...

Out of his GREAT LOVE he picked me up- Set my feet on a sturdy rock! Out of His GREAT LOVE I know the meaning of SALVATION out of His GREAT LOVE!
